Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under physician direction.
• Collaborate with the patient, family members/significant others, peers and health care team to individualize patient care.
• Direct nursing support staff in provision of patient care according to standards and policies.
• Professional education, training or additional certifications may be required by specialty area.
