Job summary

Doral Health & Wellness is seeking a Creative Arts Therapist to join our team on a per diem 1099 basis. You will design and deliver creative therapy sessions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support healing and growth.

Requires a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy (or related field), active licensure/registration, and experience with medically fragile populations. Ukrainian-speaking candidates are preferred to support our diverse patient base.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy, Art Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, or related field.
• Registered or licensed Creative Arts Therapist.
• Child Life Specialist certification.
• Experience working with the Medically Fragile population.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ukrainian-speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual creative arts therapy sessions (art, dance, drama, etc.)
• Design and implement creative therapy programs tailored to meet the unique needs of patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
• Keep detailed records of therapy sessions and patient progress
• Create a safe, engaging space for clients to explore self-expression through creative arts
