Concern Housing is seeking Per Diem Counselors to join our growing agency and provide relief coverage. Per Diem allows you to work around your schedule while gaining experience and knowledge in the non‑profit, social work field. This is a great opportunity for professional development for college students or individuals looking for supplemental income with flexible hours. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES $20/HOUR

Days & Hours

All shifts open: days, evenings, weekends, and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide site or program coverage as needed.
• Monitor medications as needed and required.
• Document client contact, collateral contracts, and any other relevant information.
• Assist clients with household/apartment responsibilities as needed.
• Provide transportation in agency vehicles for clients as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Remain current with all agency required compliance documents and trainings.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent, and some experience in a similar setting or education in psychology, social work, rehabilitation counseling, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

Agency Sponsored Retirement Plan and Employee Sponsored 403(b) Retirement Plan for part‑time employees.
