Qualifications

• Must hold California license as a COTA.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient treatments under licensed OT direction.
• Accurately document care and progress.
• Communicate with therapy and nursing staff.
• Assist with caregiver training and discharge planning.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of treatment areas.
• Participate in training and staff in-services.
