Job summary

Regency Hospital - Toledo is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for per diem coverage in Sylvania, OH. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver individualized therapy and monitor patient progress.

The role requires current COTA licensure or eligibility and BLS certification or completion within 90 days. Per diem shifts offer flexible scheduling with potential for further opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a COTA.
• BLS certification required or to be completed within first 90 days of employment.
• Per diem availability to cover shifts at Sylvania and Oregon locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients with complex needs under supervision of an OT.
• Conducting individual therapy sessions and documenting progress.
• Monitoring patient response and adjusting treatment under OT guidance.
• Completing all department documentation per policy.
• Participating in continuing education seminars and in-services.
