Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain DSP, CRMA and Safety Care certifications as a primary responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support members to connect with the community and participate in activities.
• Promote safe practices and maintain a clean, orderly program site.
• Document updates to member progress notes and plans daily as required.
