Job summary

Hancock Park Rehab and Nursing Center in Quincy, MA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. You will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and work cooperatively with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.

This position offers an hourly rate up to $24/hr, plus a $1–2 shift differential. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and paid vacation

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion of a CNA Training Program (within 120 days).
• Active certification as a CNA in Massachusetts (in good standing) or eligible for MA reciprocity.
• Ability to meet MA certification requirements in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Work cooperatively with the care team.
• Communicate resident changes to the nurse.
• Perform personal care for residents.
