Masonicare Corp. is seeking a CNA per diem at Masonicare at Bishop Wicke in Shelton, CT.

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will provide basic nursing care and support to residents, including meals, mobility, and personal care, while documenting observations in the EMR system. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of CNA experience (preferred) and CT CNA certification or progress toward it within 120 days.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• State of Connecticut CNA Certification; or within 120 days of CNA Certification course completion.

Mansioni

• Perform basic nursing care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Follow treatment plans and assist with meals, mobility, bathing, toileting, and grooming.
• Record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation in EMR.
• Communicate resident status to staff and participate in care planning.
• Adhere to infection control and safety policies.
• Attend mandatory programs and complete 12 hours CE per year.
