Job summary

Klarus Home Health / Jet Health Inc. is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for part-time or PRN (per diem) roles in the Denver, CO area.

The CNA will provide ADL support for home health or hospice patients under RN supervision, delivering personal care and ensuring safety and comfort. Requirements include state CNA training, CPR, at least 1 year of CNA experience, valid driver with reliable vehicle, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Completed state-established CNA training and competency evaluation programs.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience.
• CPR certification.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Tact, patience, and good personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support services under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming.
• Take and record vital signs as ordered.
• Provide skin care and prevent breakdown.
• Report changes to the RN Case Manager.
• Assist in patient ambulation and exercises.
• Maintain tidy living spaces and handle light laundry.
• Contribute to on-call duties as assigned.
