Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and activities.
• Assist with daily living needs, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Perform vital signs and other basic nursing procedures as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
