Responsabilités

• Grooming and bathing residents with limited mobility
• Prepare rooms with necessary items and equipment
• Assist with meals and medication administration
• Monitor vitals and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Turn and reposition residents to prevent bedsores
• Encourage walking and activities to promote well‑being
