Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Per-Diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver hands-on care to residents in a warm, home-like environment at our Roseland, NJ community.

You will assist with activities of daily living, document care, and provide emotional support. CNA license required; dementia experience welcomed. Per-diem shifts offer flexibility alongside comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.
