Franciscan Villa in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support our healthcare team by taking vital signs, drawing blood, administering medications, and maintaining patient records. This role is a per diem position on site.

The ideal candidate will hold CMA/CCMA certification, a high school diploma, and 0–1 year of CMA/CCMA experience, with strong communication and organizational skills to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have CMA/CCMA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of CMA/CCMA experience is acceptable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care: vital signs, medications, blood draws.
• Prepare treatment rooms and restock supplies; keep a clean environment.
• Maintain accurate patient records including vitals, meds, and tests.
• Handle administrative tasks: phones, scheduling, billing as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth, efficient care delivery.
