Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse

Registered Nurse who works per diem across multiple therapeutic areas, independently managing care in participants' homes while collaborating with the Nursing Solutions Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide research nurse services to qualified study participants at home.
• Apply clinical research and nursing practices to develop solutions for complex problems.
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on solutioning, education, and resource support.
• Participate in activities that advance the operational development of Science 37 nursing service delivery.
• Build relationships with study team members and serve as subject‑matter expert on all nursing processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet evolving needs of Science 37.

Travel & Availability

This is a travel role that requires on‑site visits to participants' homes.

• 1–2 days minimum a week dedicated to study visits.
• Weekday/night availability required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of time required for study participant visits, team meetings, and conferences.
• Requires valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 kg and perform nursing tasks.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Full COVID‑19 vaccination strongly preferred (CDC guidelines).
• Positive representation of the company in participants’ homes and clinic settings.

• Proficiency in technology for assessments and documentation (laptop, tablet, communication devices).

Reporting

Minimal supervision; reports to the Manager, Nursing Solutions Group.

Compensation

Pay range $50‑55 per hour, plus discretionary bonuses and commissions. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
