Job summary

University Hospitals seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective medication use across the enterprise. You will verify orders, dispense medications, monitor therapy, document clinical activities, and support reconciliation and formulary adherence.

The role requires OH-licensed pharmacist credentials, a PharmD or PharmD degree, per diem scheduling, and strong communication and computer skills. This position is based at Portage Medical Center in Ravenna, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree is required.
• Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph) in the State of Ohio is required.
• Licensed practitioner of health sciences profession in the State of Ohio is required.
• Experience with unit-dose, sterile products, and patient-focused clinical skills preferred.
