Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates clinical activities in pharmacy service area.
• Reviews physician orders for indication, dose accuracy and interactions.
• Intervenes with physicians and documents outcomes.
• Ensures accurate medication preparation and labeling; supervises staff.
• Provides drug information using pharmacology knowledge and literature.
• Participates in medication education and reconciliation wherever applicable.
