Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead orientation and professional development activities for nursing staff.
• Assess learning needs and facilitate precepting and mentorship.
• Deliver educational offerings on new initiatives, equipment, and policies.
• Monitor orientation progress and ensure HealthStream completion.
• Provide informal and formal feedback and coaching.
• Collaborate with departments to develop nursing policies.
