Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a nurse to deliver clinical education to healthcare professionals. You will educate on oncology medication preparation and administration, work on an as-needed basis, and present as a professional in field settings.

The role requires active RN licensure, 2+ years in clinical education, and ability for nationwide overnight travel. Strong communication and adaptability are essential as you engage clinicians and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Urology and OR/Procedural areas strongly preferred.
• Minimum two years clinical or related experience in clinical education.
• Available to work 2+ days/week providing clinical education to HCPs.
• Overnight travel (national) required.
• Must be flexible to take assignments with little notice.
• Comfort with personal tech (iPhone, apps, health portals).
• Good communication skills and flexibility expected.

Responsibilities

• Present yourself as a professional business representative.
• Apply customer service principles and adult learning styles in education delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of products and labeling for accurate education.
• Attend and pass training programs related to assigned products.
• Provide timely field reports, documentation and feedback as required.
• Maintain equipment provided by the client in good condition, normal wear.
• Follow business rules for expense reporting, travel, hours, dress code and supervisor communications.

Activities

• CNEs shall conduct HCP education on the preparation and administration of an oncology medication. The services provided by the CNE shall only be for uses consistent with current labeling on the Product.
• Work on an "as needed" basis.

• Maintain any equipment which has been provided by Client, as demonstrator equipment or otherwise, reasonable wear and tear excepted
• Expense Reporting, travel, hours, dress code and communications with supervisors shall be conducted in accordance with the Business Rules agreed to by the Parties

Compensation

• $50/hr work & travel
