VytlOne Pharmacy Technician - Per Diem (PRN) is based in a clinic setting at Hudson Headwaters Health Network in Moreau. This role focuses on customer service, prescription processing, and on-site operations within the VytlOne network.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification preferred; VytlOne will assist in obtaining national certification.
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Computer experience mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone.
• Input customer information into the computer system.
