Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate Per Diem CHHA or CNA for our Hospice team in Somerset/Middlesex County, NJ. You will visit patients at home, perform ADLs, assist with transfers, and support ROM and exercise programs under a Nurse supervision.

Must hold a NJ CHHA or CNA license, have a valid driver's license, be able to work in the United States, and be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. We offer comprehensive benefits for full-time employees and competitive pay at $20/hour.

Responsibilities

• Provides or assists in ADL activities; personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.
• Assists with toileting, positioning and transfer activities, frequent turning and positioning of a bed bound resident/patient.
• Assists with the prescribed exercise and ROM activities which the resident/patient and Hospice aide have been taught by the Hospice Nurse.
• Assists with light housekeeping of individual's personal unit or room, including changing of bed linen and patient’s laundry.
• Feeds and assists with meals.
• Reports any changes in resident's/patient's condition to the Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Per Diem Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing Hospice Company full-time for ou r Somerset / Middlesex County, NJ region
