Job summary

Best Home Health Providers, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to support patients at home across the Bay Area. You will work under a registered nurse, providing personal care, safety, and comfort to help patients remain independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities include bathing, mobility support, vital signs, medication assistance, and accurate documentation. A flexible per‑diem schedule and opportunities to grow into full‑time roles are available.

Qualifications

• California CHHA certificate required.
• Current CPR certification with AHA.
• Able to read, follow instructions and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and skin care.
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and range-of-motion activities per care plan.
• Support meals from preparation to feeding assistance when needed.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Help patients with medication self-administration.
• Keep living space clean, safe, and orderly.
• Observe changes and report to supervising nurse.
• Document care provided per organizational standards.
• Perform other duties as required for patient services.
