Job summary

White Glove Placement, Inc. seeks an experienced Per Diem PICU RN for a high-acuity pediatric environment in New York. The role emphasizes Level IV PICU expertise, advanced cardiac care, and ECMO skills.

Candidates should hold an active NY RN license with 2+ years PICU experience and be comfortable floating to NICU/Pediatric units as needed. Per diem shifts include competitive pay and support from a dedicated agency team.

Qualifications

• Active NY RN License
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience within the past 3 years
• Level IV PICU experience required
• Cardiac PICU experience required
• ECMO experience required
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Experience with Bubble CPAP
• Experience with HFOV
• Experience with Tecotherm
• Experience with nasal intubation
• Experience with VADs, including Berlin Ikus, Berlin Active Driver, Impella, or CentriMag
• Experience with CRRT using Prismax
• Post-transplant care experience
• For NICU cardiac assignments, Cardiac PICU or NICU experience is required
• Must be comfortable caring for complex pediatric cardiac and critically ill patients

Responsibilities

• May float to Pediatric and NICU units as needed
• Provide high-acuity PICU nursing care in a pediatric environment
