Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized ARRT or Cardiovascular Technology program.
• Registered RT (R) or RCIS with experience in invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe operation of cath lab equipment.
• Prepare equipment and assist in patient setup.
• Document procedures accurately on monitoring systems.
• Participate in supply management and staff development.

Skills

Knowledge of cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures

Teamwork with physicians and co-workers

Ability to monitor hemodynamic systems

Quick thinking for patient care

Education

Graduate of an approved ARRT Radiology technology program
