Job summary

Innovive Health in Iowa City is seeking Registered Nurses for Per Diem or Part-Time home health roles with AM, PM and weekend shifts. You can pick up as much or as little as you want, balancing patient care with your schedule.

As a part-time RN Case Manager, you will maintain consistent weekly shifts and caseloads with flexible options for 2-, 3-, or 4-day work weeks, enabling you to tailor your pattern around personal commitments.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in good standing to practice in state (Massachusetts per posting)
• Must have passed NCLEX
• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• BSN degree preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license with insured vehicle or reliable transport
• Current CPR certification
• Successful completion of Fit Testing for N95 respirators

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem or part-time home health visits with AM/PM and weekend shifts.
• Maintain the same shifts and caseload weekly for part-time RN Case Manager with flexible 2/3/4-day options.
• Deliver one-on-one care and coordinate with care team to ensure quality patient outcomes

Skills

We’re searching for Registered Nurses that want to work Per Diem or Part Time in the homecare setting, with AM, PM, and weekend shifts available. As a Per Diem RN, you can pick up a lot or a little!

As a part-time RN Case Manager, you will have the same shifts and case load weekly, with flexible options for 2-day, 3-day, and 4-day scheduling!

What you need:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in good standing to practice professional nursing in the state of Massachusetts (as required by State regulations)
• Have passed the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX)
• A minimum of 1-year of RN experience
• BSN degree is preferred
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order, or other reliable means of transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Successful completion of Fit Testing for N95 Respirators
