Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. This per diem role emphasizes meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes for children and families.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and be able to pass background checks; RBT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.
