Job summary

KAISER in Olympia, WA seeks a clinical Audiologist to provide comprehensive hearing evaluations and education for patients and families. You will integrate care within Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington’s delivery model and coordinate with physicians and team members on diagnosis, treatment, and progress.

The role includes pediatric and advanced audiologic testing, amplification management, and referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• Au.D. degree and WA audiologist license required at hire.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience; four years preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to engage patients and families.
• Knowledge of auditory/vestibular diagnostics and amplification devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hearing diagnostics and site determination.
• Counsel patients on evaluation results and follow-up plans.
• Fit and program hearing aids; troubleshoot and maintain devices.
• Support pediatric tests: VRA, tympanometry, OAE, ABR concepts.
• Collaborate with care team and document all visits and referrals.
