Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a per diem Anesthesiologist for the Surgical Center of Morehead City, North Carolina. The role involves joining a care team to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care in a friendly, professional environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3 or 4pm, with no call, no weekends, and no holidays. Eligible candidates include MD/DO with completed residency and board eligibility or certification, licensed, and with ECFMG/FLEX if applicable.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Current medical licensure.
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
