North American Partners in Anesthesia is recruiting a Per Diem Anesthesiologist to support the White Plains Hospital practice in White Plains, NY. This team-based setting covers a diverse mix of inpatient and outpatient cases with a focus on safety, efficiency, and high-quality care.

The position offers flexible per diem scheduling, a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with 45 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs in a care-team model.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Current medical licensure.
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable).

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
