Job summary

UNC Health Wayne in Goldsboro, NC invites a per diem Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) to join the anesthesia department in a community-based, private practice setting. The role offers collaboration with CRNAs and AAs and the opportunity to work across general, obstetric, pediatric, and regional anesthesia as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Medicine or DO school.
• Completion of an ACGME accredited Anesthesiology Residency program (by the anticipated start date) and ABA certified or eligible.
• North Carolina licensed or in progress.
• One or more years of experience preferred.
• New Trainee are highly welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a care-team model with CRNAs and AAs.
• Provide general anesthesiology and obstetric, pediatric or regional anesthesia as applicable.
