Qualifications

• Previous registration, insurance, and medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients efficiently with required information, authorizations, copayments and signatures.
• Place patients appropriately to maximize bed utilization.
• Promote customer service through active communication and sensitivity to patient needs.
• Assist with obtaining necessary authorizations and signatures.
