Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its home health team in Lowell, MA area. The RN will provide infusion services, manage IV lines, and coordinate care with physicians and caregivers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

• Home health or acute care experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Obtain IV access and administer specialty infusions as prescribed.
• Access PICC lines and ports.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care per standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Liaise between patients, physicians, and pharmacies as needed.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Remain compliant with all guidelines.
