Job summary

Loyola University Maryland seeks talented per-course Affiliate Instructors for Education Specialties to teach Masters and certificate courses. Courses may be offered on the Evergreen Campus in Baltimore in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats.

Applicants must hold a master’s degree or higher and have 3-5 years of experience as a teacher, educational leader, or school counselor. Online education experience and familiarity with Zoom and Moodle are preferred.

Qualifications

• : Master’s degree or higher in a field related to the subject they wish to teach.
• : 3-5 years of experience as a teacher, educational leader, or school counselor, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level is preferred.
• Prior experience with online education and tools used at Loyola, including Zoom and Moodle, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach per-course in Educational Leadership, Learning Design & Technology, and School Counseling.
• Deliver instruction in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats.
• Engage in Loyola's online education tools and practices.
