Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser / Stocker to promote Pepsi products at assigned accounts and ensure optimal shelf presence and display. This role involves visiting stores, maintaining stock levels, and upholding company standards for rotations and merchandising.

The candidate will stock beverage sections, organize back rooms, and cultivate professional relationships with customers and teammates to support sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license; merchandisers will travel from store to store.
• Proof of insurance required.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Willing to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pepsi products via marketing activities at each account.
• Maintain in-store shelf space, inventory, and displays.
• Stock and rotate products on display and shelves per company standards.
• Stock and maintain beverage sections with appropriate merchandise levels.
• Organize back rooms and ensure tidiness and accessibility.
• Build courteous, professional relationships with customers and team members.

• Merchandisers fill and rotate products on display and the shelf according to company standards.
