Job summary

Responsibilities

• Arrange products on shelves and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock according to planograms.

• Troubleshoot/display issues and resolve product-related problems.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
• Report merchandising issues, OOS items, or growth opportunities.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Follow productivity and safety guidelines.
• Organize priorities and communicate needs to management.

Merchandiser: Displays beverage products on shelves, displays, and other areas of store to attract customers. Provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Arrange products
• Ensure inventory levels are accurate, and products are stocked according to planograms.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers and staff to promote our brand.
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and ensure proper product placement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any display or product issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all brand standards and company policies.
• Report any merchandising issues, out-of-stock items, or potential growth opportunities.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and team-oriented environment.
• Keep a Productivity and Safety mindset.
• Ability to organize competing priorities, resolve customer issues, and communicate additional needs to management.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
