Job summary

PepperJax Grill is seeking an upbeat Shift Manager to join our growing team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You’ll lead daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure high-quality meals start at the grill while delivering friendly service in a homey setting.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership and kitchen experience is preferred.
• Lift, carry, push, and/or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to communicate in primary language of location.
• Background check and motor vehicle check required.
• Must have adequate transportation.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time.
• Greeting customers, taking orders, grilling food, assembling meals and processing payments efficiently and accurately.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities
