Job summary

PepperJax Grill in Belton, MO is hiring Crew Members to help serve our one-of-a-kind meals in a welcoming, fast-paced setting. Full-time and part-time positions available with opportunities to grow within our expanding brand.

Crew Members greet customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative spirit.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and orders.

AVAILABLE BENEFITS:

• Competitive Compensation - $15.00 to $17.00 an hour with (earning potential between $17.50 to $20.25 an hour with tips.)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift, carry, push and/or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Bend, twist, kneel, climb up and down, stoop, reach and grasp objects above or below waistline
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to communicate in primary language of location
• Basic math skills
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Cleaning ( dining room, kitchen area, front/behind counter, restrooms, entry and exit locations, … )
• Greet Customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments efficiently and accurately
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Skilled with multitasking

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Show our customers we care with quick, accurate and friendly service.
• Work together as a team, assisting other Team Members in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure cohesive service.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
