Job summary

PepperJax Grill in Gretna, NE is hiring a full-time assistant manager to lead shifts, coach team members and uphold the PepperJax hospitality standard. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service with quality food and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in shift management, strong communication, and reliable transportation, with opportunities for advancement within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Two to three years shift management or prior assistant manager experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older; background and DMV checks required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
