A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice focuses on serving the middle market and large cap private equity firms engaged by A&M to improve operating results at their portfolio companies. Our professionals are aligned with a PEPI service line to promote deep functional skills and to tailor solutions to solve client business issues.
Senior Directors oversee multiple concurrent engagements (typically two), ensuring quality, consistency, and client satisfaction while driving relationship depth and practice evolution.
The salary range is $175,000-$250,000 annually, dependent on variables including education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M also offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
