Role Overview

The Manager, Supply Chain: Procurement & Sourcing will lead initiatives to analyze and improve supply chain processes, including procurement, sourcing, production, logistics, and inventory management, to identify value creation opportunities and develop strategic roadmaps for clients, primarily in private equity portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client procurement organizations and develop sourcing strategies aligned with growth and financial goals.
• Lead procurement and sourcing efforts, including supplier identification, negotiations, and vendor management.
• Develop and implement plans to drive procurement and sourcing improvements.
• Conduct and lead analysis to identify risks and EBITDA improvement opportunities.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience, preferably in sourcing and procurement roles.
• Experience with private equity clients and portfolio companies highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Deep industry expertise in sectors such as chemicals, manufacturing, automotive, electronics, or related fields.
• Travel flexibility up to 80%.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $125,000–$190,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
