Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Forestville, MD area. No prior experience is required, as paid training is provided to get you up to speed on tire installation, rotation, balancing, and other tire services.

You’ll join the nation’s largest automotive service network with over 4,000 locations and earn guaranteed hourly pay plus weekly incentives that can total up to $800 during the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• No previous automotive experience is required.

We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Forestville, MD area.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands-on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures

In addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn weekly incentive compensation based on the services you perform.
