Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Glen Burnie, MD area. No experience is required, with paid training and guaranteed weekly bonuses during intro period up to $800.

You’ll learn hands-on tire services while earning supplemental incentive pay. As part of the nation’s largest automotive service organization, you’ll join a stable, growth-minded team with benefits and clear career pathways.

We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Glen Burnie, MD area.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands-on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

• Installing new tires and wheels

In addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn weekly incentive compensation based on the services you perform.
