Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians in the Fredericksburg, VA area. The team offers paid training and a clear path to a long‑term career with the nation’s largest automotive service network.

You will install tires, rotate and balance, perform flat repairs and other tire services, and help meet customer delivery times while earning a guaranteed hourly rate plus weekly incentive payments, up to $800 during the introductory period. No experience is required.

We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Fredericksburg, VA area.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands‑on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing flat repairs and other tire services

In addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn weekly incentive compensation based on the services you perform.

• Be at least 18 years of age
