Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in the Tampa area is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians. No experience required; you'll receive paid training and learn hands-on tire service skills while earning additional weekly incentive pay.

You will install, rotate, and balance tires, follow safety procedures, and contribute to meeting promised delivery times. Eligible Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonuses up to $800 during the introductory period.

We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Tampa, FL area.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands-on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team

In addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn weekly incentive compensation based on the services you perform.
