PEP BOYS / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Philadelphia, PA area. No experience is required, and you’ll receive PAID TRAINING as you learn essential automotive tire services.

In addition to the guaranteed hourly rate, eligible Tire Technicians can earn weekly incentive compensation, with weekly bonus payments during the introductory period totaling up to $800.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• No prior automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels.
• Rotating and balancing tires.
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping meet customer‑promised delivery times.
• Providing high‑quality automotive service as part of a fast‑paced team.

We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Philadelphia, PA area.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands‑on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.
