Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in Harrisburg, PA is looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our service, repair and tire sales centers. You will install tires, rotate and balance wheels, and perform tire services in a fast-paced shop environment.

No prior automotive experience is required. We provide paid training and weekly incentive bonuses, with eligible Technicians earning up to $800 during the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.

We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Harrisburg, PA area.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!

We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands-on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing new tires and wheels

In addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn weekly incentive compensation based on the services you perform.
