Job summary

Mavis Tire is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians in the Pensacola, FL area. No experience needed; PAID TRAINING is provided and weekly bonuses can total up to $800 during the introductory period.

As part of Team Mavis, you’ll install tires, rotate and balance, perform flat repairs, and follow safety procedures while contributing to fast, quality service. We offer benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and growth opportunities in a large nationwide

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be available to work 5 days per week

We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Pensacola, FL area.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands-on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures

In addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn weekly incentive compensation based on the services you perform.
