Beginners Edge Sports Training, LLC is seeking a Youth Sports Coach to deliver structured sports programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years. You will implement B.E.S.T.

lesson plans, maintain a fun and supportive learning environment, and ensure participants’ safety across indoor and outdoor sessions. Candidates should be energetic, professional, and reliable, with strong communication to families and teammates.

Description

The Youth Sports Coach is responsible for delivering structured sports programming to groups of young children following B.E.S.T. curriculum guidelines. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to providing an excellent experience for participants and their families.

Work Environment:

• Classes may be held indoors or outdoors based on location and season.
• Physical activity required, including standing, running, and participating in sports drills.
• Travel between multiple class locations may be required based on scheduling.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to physically participate in sports activities.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 40 pounds).
• Ability to stand, move, and be physically active for extended periods.
