Job summary

SVAM International, INC. is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Security Administrator for a fully onsite role in New York, NY.

The candidate will lead configuration and maintenance of security for HCM, Time & Labor, and Absence Management across environments, ensuring robust access controls and role-based security. Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience (9.1/9.2), strong PHIRE and JIRA skills, and a bachelor’s degree in IS/Business or related field (or 5+ years'

Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing/supporting PeopleSoft HCM.
• PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHIRE version control and JIRA ticket systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure, recommend and fix existing security definitions based on user access requirements.
• Configure and maintain complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security.

Title: Senior Peoplesoft Security Administrator

Location- New York, NY 10004 – Fully Onsite

Duration: Initially stated 12+ months Long Term Contract (Potential to Extend for Multiple)

Skills Required:

1. 10+ years implementing/supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM).

2. PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 experience.

3. Good knowledge and experience with PHIRE version control and JIRA ticket systems.

4. 5 years + solid experience for implementing and supporting User profiles, Roles, Permission

Lists, Row level security, Dynamic Security, Structure & Content, Application security, Projects security,

Department Tree security, People Tolls security, Process Group security, Query security, User

preferences.

5. Configure, recommend and fix existing security definitions listed above based on defined users

access requirements.

6. Configure and maintain complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security.

7. Configure and maintain for HR, Payroll, Benefit modules different level of security.

8. Maintain and define Peoplesoft 9.2 Fluid security.

9. Migrate projects and security elements/objects into multiple different environments.

10. Good knowledge of Oracle 19 or later versions of the databases.

11. Bachelor's degree in IS, Business, or related field, or 5+ years relevant experience in a corporate IT environment.

12. Excellent technical documentation skills.

14. Strong team contributor, take charge individual, self-motivated, and business oriented.

15. Self motivated independent worker, able to lead initiatives from beginning to end.
