Qualifications

• Strong Financial Aid experience with Title IV
• Hands-on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financial Aid module
• Solid understanding of Title IV regulations and processes
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the PeopleSoft Financial Aid module within Campus Solutions
• Administer and process Title IV aid in line with federal regulations
• Support award packaging, disbursement, verification, and SAP processes
• Assist with aid year setup, regulatory updates, and annual rollover activities
• Troubleshoot processing issues and collaborate with Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Financials teams
• Support reconciliation, reporting, and audit readiness for Title IV compliance
• Document processes, configurations, and issue resolutions
