Job summary

Goodwill SWPA is seeking a People Services Generalist Supervisor to oversee HR functions across the Donated Goods and Retail regions. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, benefits support, and performance management while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Travel within the Goodwill SWPA territory is required; you will supervise Retail Generalists and coordinate with People Services on training, risk management, and employee relations to foster a People-First

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and operations.
• Experience leading a HR/generalist team.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and benefits processes.
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site general People Services support to Donated Goods and Retail Division employees and managers.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding in the division and ensure compliance in hiring practices.
• Coordinate with Benefits, Training, and EAP for staff needs.
• Lead orientation and onboarding, and manage performance management processes.
• Support employee relations and disciplinary actions with leadership involvement.
